CAN I PLACE ORDERS ON THE RUFFIANS WEBSITE?

Yes, you can make orders through our online shop.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Ruffians accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Electron and Visa Delta cards, as well as PayPal accounts. Payment is debited from your card at the time of purchase.

IF I ORDER ONLINE, CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Your goods must be unused and complete with a copy of the original dispatch note. Used goods cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances unless they are safely returned to us and then deemed unopened, unused condition or faulty by the Ruffians Returns Team. You are responsible for the postage and packaging of your order, should you decide to return it. We suggest you use registered post to return it to Ruffians. Please return your items to: Ruffians Returns, 27 Maiden Lane, London, WC2E 7JS, United Kingdom. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

WHAT ARE RUFFIANS’ SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Current shipping costs are: £1.50 for vouchers to UK addresses, £4.50 for products to UK addresses (signed for), £10.50 for European addresses (tracked and signed) and £12.50 for other International addresses (tracked and signed). Current shipping times are: 2-3 days for UK shipping and 7-8 days for International shipping.

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN’T YOU SHIP ABROAD?

We are unable to ship our fragrances abroad, as they contain alcohol.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT AND CUSTOMS TAX?

Yes. Customs outside of the United Kingdom will be responsible for import and customs tax or duties. You should check with your relevant tax office to clarify what you can expect to pay.

I THINK MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe your order has been lost please email us quoting your order number from your order confirmation email.

WILL RUFFIANS SHARE MY DETAILS WITH ANYONE ELSE?

We respect your right to privacy. Ruffians will not sell or share your name or personal information.
